My family like lady fingers. This, this is a commonly cooked dish. It has always been a normal dish to cook. Not fantastic. Recently got some tips to cook this vege & thus give it a go... OMG! That is another level! The lady fingers are really crunchy! This texture can only accomplished by high temp in TM6...
Ingredients:
300g lady fingers, washed & cut away head & tail
2 cloves garlic, peel
10g dried shrimp, soaked
1/2 tbsp miso paste
1/2 tsp sugar
1. Wash & cut away the head & tail of the lady fingers. Cut them into 1- 2 cm thick.
2. Put the garlic and shrimp into mixing bowl. Chop.
5 sec/speed 5
3. Look for Sauteed prawns recipe in cookidoo. Follow the steps from cookidoo. Instead of adding the prawns, add in the lady fingers.
4. Follow the step by step accordingly till high temp is complete.
5. Add in the miso paste and sugar & continue cooking.
