Ingredients:
250g white fish, cut into chunks
20g garlic, peel & crushed (about 6 cloves)
20g oil
500g water
500g tomato
300g cabbage, washed & cut into thin slices
Seasonings:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp salt/chicken powder
1/2 tbs sugar
Marinate Fish with the following for 15mins:
10g ginger, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash shaoxing wine
Garnish:
spring onions, chopped
coriander leaves
1. Slit the skin of tomato. Pour hot water onto them & wait for 3 mins. The skin will be easily removed. Cut into cubes.
2. Add oil & crushed garlic to mixing bowl. Saute.
4mins /120c /speed 1
3. Add tomatoes, stir fry a while.
3mins/ 120c / speed 1
4. Add in water, cabbage & seasonings. Cook.
3mins / 100c / speed 1
5. Add in fish.
5mins / 100c /reverse speed 1
6. Garnish with spring onions and coriander.
