Stir-fried Xiao Bai Cai


Just another every vegetables.

Serves 2

250g      Xiao Bai Cai, cut away the  roots & wash
10g        Garlic, peeled & slice thinly
20g        Oyster sauce
10g        Oil

1.  Add garlic & oil & garlic in mixing bowl.  Sauté.

    3min / 120c /speed 1

2.  Add in vegetables & oyster sauce.  Cook.
    3min / Varoma / rev. speed spoon.

4.  Serve immediately.



I'm a busy working mum. Despite of the busy work, I hope to provide my family with home-cooked food whenever possible.
