Simple everyday dish....You can just have this dish with white rice. If you are getting used to home-cooking, actually it can be very easy & delicious.
350g pork fillet, sliced thinly
Seasoning:
2tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chinese wine
1tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/4 tsp salt
120g onions, peel & slice thinly
30g oil
Garnish:
Spring onions, chopped
1. Marinate the pork with the seasonings for at least 30mins.
2. Add oil & onions to mixing bowl. Saute.
5mins / 120c / speed 1
3. Add marinated pork.
5mins / 100c / r. speed 1
4. Garnish with chopped onions.
To make a one dish meal:
Cook rice in advance.
Serves 2:
120g jasmine rice
Water
1. Weigh and wash the rice with the simmering basket in the TM bowl.
2. Fill water in TM bowl till it just cover the rice.
3. Cook.
