Ingredients:
15g garlic
40g onions
400g squid
1 red chili, cut into long slices
1 tsp sugar
25g oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
18 -20g fresh basil leaves
1. Add garlic and onions. Chop and scrape down.

2. Add in oil and chillies. Saute.

3. Add in squid and stir fry
2mins /120c /r. Spoon
4. Add all seasoning and basil.
