Crumbled Butter milk bread


Milk Bread:

145g.     Fresh milk
1.            Egg
4g.         Yeast
35g.       Butter
280g.     Bread flour

Crumble Butter bits:

30g.       Sugar
50g.        Plain flour
5g.          Milk powder
40g.       Butter ( harden)

1.  Add all except butter in TM bowl.
      3m / dough

2.   Add in  butter.
      3m / dough

3. Let it proof for 45 min to 1 hour.

4. Mix all together and do rubhing-in       method.  Sprinkle on top of the           proofed bread.

5.  Baked in a pre-heated oven at  
     180 deg for 15mins or golden 
      brown.
