This is just a simple easy cooking. During this CNY period, there will be abalone. Nowadays, abalone comes with chicken stock in it. It makes cooking much easier, especially for a fast meal.
This abalone is easy to use and comes with chicken stock. It comes with 4 baby abalones. I used Taiwan pearl rice (see my basic porridge for the brand). That's is why is so starchy.
Serve 2-3
Ingredients:
120g. Rice
600g. Water
1 can. Abalone w chicken stock
2. Eggs, beaten
1. Add rice, water & abalone stock into TM bowl.
25m / 100c / sp2
2. Add in the abalone and cook for another 1min. Slowly pour in the eggs through the MC hole.
1m / 100c / sp1
Serve.
