Fried Sambal sweet potato leaves

Simple everyday dish. (Serve 2-3)

Ingredients:
200g.         Baby sweet potato           
                   leaves, washed
2. Clove.    Garlic, peeled
1/4 tsp       Salt
1    tsp        Sambal chilli paste
10g.             Olive oil

1.   Cut the garlic.
       5s / R. Sp 5

2.   Saute.
      3m / 100c / Sp 1

3.    Add in the sweet potato leaves, salt & Sambal chilli.
       3.5m / V. / R. Sp 1

4.    Serve.
