This is a sweet and less spicy type. Suitable for Nasi Lemak.
Ingredients:
300g shallots
50g garlic
3 candle nuts
2 red chilli
3 chilli padi
15g dried chilli ( to de-seed, cut into pcs & 5s/R. SP5)
1tbsp salt
50g sugar
100g oil
50 galangal
1. Blend candle nuts & galangal 5s/sp10
2. Add garlic & shallots. Blend. 5s/sp5 Scrape the sides
3. Add oil.

4. Add chilli & blend.
10s/sp5
Scrape the sides.
5. Cook
10m/98c/sp2
6. Add sugar & salt. Cook.
5m/95c/sp2.
Keep in airtight container.
