Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks is one of my favorites. However, it's not cheap to have a cuppa everyday. Ever since I gotten the Nespresso machine, I'm trying to search how make the Caramel macchiato. The formula that I have gathered is vanilla syrup, expresso (of course), milk froth & caramel sauce. In the end, I'm satisfied with Nespresso with milk froth & drizzle with caramel sauce.
Cooking caramel sauce is not an easy task. I have to stand by the fire, not to burn the sugar. Every since I gotten the Thermomix TM6, all these hassle are saved. The new TM6 comes with sugar stages that can make caramel sauce at ease. The final product is same as my manual method. Kudos to TM6!
