Mango Pudding (Chinese style)

You know those type of mango pudding that is available in some Chinese restaurant or dim sum? The one which add carnation milk on top?  That is the kind of mango pudding I loved.  Of course, have to find out how to make it😋.

Makes 9-11 cups

Ingredients:
500g    fresh mango flesh
250g    carnation milk
60g      sugar
100g    water
2 tbsp gelatin powder

1.  Add mango flesh into TM bowl. Blend & set aside.
         5s / sp8
    
2. Sprinkle gelatin onto the water.    
    Set aside.

3.  Add the milk, sugar in TM bowl. ( you can reuse the bowl for blending mangoes). Cook.

       5m / 90c /sp2


4.  Add in the gelatin & mix.
   
      30s /sp3


5.  Add in the mango & mix.

      10s / sp2


6.  Pour in the molds & remove the bubbles on the surface. Cool it before fridge it for at  least 4 hours.

7.  Serve with carnation milk.
